Framework: Modular in steps of 200mm in 3 dimensions.
Internally the framework utilises a 25mm grid pattern offering almost limitless positioning.
Manufactured from 2mm electrogalvanised powder coated steel profile in RAL 7032 Grey.
The modular base plinth incorporates all facilities for shipping breaks and transportation.
Busbars: The Elsteel busbar system uses standard 10mm thickness flat bars.
Busbar holders are manufactured from specially formulated plastics and can be mounted in any position inside the framework. During type testing up to 7100 Amps at 100 KA/ 1 sec the holders have been rigorously tested to achieve compliance.
Inserts:
Fixed type: utilising internal separation plates to divide the panel into all forms of segregation.
Plug In: offering functional units that are removable while the switchboard is energised.
Form 3 + 4: Offering a higher form of personal safety with protection of equipment and environment.
With FTC Compartments it is possible to work in one section of the switchboard while the rest of the panel is live.
Separation prevents foreign objects or particles resulting from a short circuit in one section to contaminate the whole panel.
Fully Withdrawable: The fastest and most successful way of changing motor starters available. Heavy duty solid stainless steel mechanisms ensure years of reliable operation. Optional diagnostics inform of starter position
and characteristics including temperature, amps, volts, rpm etc.
Arc Faults: Specially designed and tested filters allow overpressure caused by the ionisation of gasses to escape out of the compartment through the top of the panel. This ensures total safety to operators along with reduced downtimes in the event of a fault. Techno Module is tested and certified for Arc Fault Containment.
Finish: Powder coated in RAL 7032 smooth finish for a low maintenance over many years. Degree of ingress protection for doors and panels is certified IP55.
Certification: Tested extensively and certified by independent test stations around the world Techno Module's pedigree includes ASTA & IPH Full Type Tests, Temperature rise and Short Circuit Withstand tests, Lloyd's Register of Shipping, Arc Fault Tests, Vibration tests etc. and continues to grow..
