Elsteel UK have made significant changes to further improve customer service.
These changes have included improved documentation procedures to assist customer expediting, providing greater engineering assistance by offering 3D arrangement drawings free of charge, an investment in technical test equipment offering higher levels of assurance to customers and increasing our Quality Assurance procedures to conform to ISO 9001 - 2008.
We have also expanded & re-structured our production facilities and stock holding to provide greater flexibility of work flow and quicker turn around from our dedicated build teams.
